A nice blog post that i found interesting from Christian Web trends

The only problem is cost… $3500 dollars but ironically if you add in the cost of the 24″ screen and the mac os x with all its value then I start to think maybe it is not that expensive. If you were to buy the monitor seperatley from apple $1599 or from dell $1299-1499 (depending on internet deal) so there is a significant cost on its own.

The only downside is that you couldnt get a ati 1900xt or a nvidia 7950gt, while the 7600gt is still a great card excellent middle of the road it just seems a little odd.

Well I have been waiting in vein for the last couple of days (a bit unreasonable time frame some might say) for itunes to come out with 7.0.1 to fix some of the significant problems. I have had no problems with sound quality or speed of the coverflow design. I have had significant problems with running a game and itunes simultaneously something that i could easily do under the previous version of itunes.

One important thing is that i have not had any problems running itunes with my macbook it runs effortlessly and seamlessly as it did previously, i have always found itunes under windows to be very sluggish. No doubt apple spend substantial amounts of money on the development of itunes but as yet they seem to struggle with cross platform portability.

It has become apparent to me that I am not currently able to produce something of the quality that i might consider appropriate to publish. In other words i found that i was a perfectionist when it came to doing what i set out to in this site. So i am just going to provide a more wide view of things from the Luke files. I will now attempt to provide a rambling on things that i find interesting.

First thing scifi.com are previewing the pilot episode of a new series called Eureka online. This is a new step designed to generate some publicity but it raises a larger issue about the changing nature of television. I have watched it and was impressed. It was smart reasonably intelligent worth a watch if you like scifi

This is the first post on this site and i wanted to give a brief rationale as to what my intentions are in setting up this site.

The first thing that you need to know is that I am a bible believing christian. I live in Sydney's Western Suburbs(Australia), and regularly attend Toongabbie Anglican Church which you can visit at http://www.toongabbieanglican.org.au/. The other thing that you need to know is that I love listening to and, whenever i can, buying christian music.

However in my experience is that Christian's particularly in Australia don't have access to good music. So therefore this site will endeavour to draw your attention to the music that i like. Occasionally there will be other stuff that i talk about being my first blogg we will just see how it goes.
